Breastfeeding course Nederlands
Breastfeeding involves many things, physically and also mentally. In the course we prepare you (and possibly your partner) for what is coming and how breastfeeding works. The course includes the following points:
- How is breast milk made
- How do you put a baby on the breast
- How a baby drinks at the breast
- What does the first week of breastfeeding (in a nutshell) look like
- How do you notice that breastfeeding is going well
- True or False
- Who can you call with questions
